- Refuse delivery if package appears damaged
Important: Always check the package for any visible damage before signing. If damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails, here's what happens:
- Reason: Customer unavailable, incorrect address, etc.
- Reattempt: We will make up to 3 delivery attempts
- Notification: You will be notified of failed delivery
- Return: After 3 attempts, order returns to warehouse
- Refund: Refund issued (minus shipping charges)
Important: Ensure your delivery address is accurate and you are available to receive the package.
