Shipping Charges
  • Free shipping on all orders above Rs 500
  • Flat Rs 50 shipping fee for orders below Rs 500
  • Express delivery available at Rs 100 extra

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • An email with tracking number and courier details
  • SMS notification with tracking link
  • Access to tracking from your account dashboard

Returns Policy

Return Window

You can return any product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear
  • Perishable goods
  • Products with broken seals
Return Process
  • Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
  • Select the order and click on "Return"
  • Choose the reason for return
  • Schedule a pickup or drop off at our store
  • Pack the item securely in original packaging
  • Wait for quality inspection (1-2 business days)
Important: Items must be returned in their original condition. Any signs of use, damage, or missing tags may result in rejection of return.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Window

You can exchange any product within 7 days of delivery for size or color variations. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Eligibility for Exchange
  • Size mismatch
  • Color variation
  • Change of mind (within 7 days)
Exchange Process
  • Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
  • Select the order and click on "Exchange"
  • Choose the new size or color
  • Wait for confirmation from our team
  • Return the item and we will ship the new one
Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size/color is not available, we will process a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it without any charges. After 30 minutes, cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

How to Cancel
  • Go to "My Orders" in your account
  • Select the order you want to cancel
  • Click on "Cancel Order"
  • Select the reason for cancellation
  • Confirm the cancellation

Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Contact support if refund not received within 10 business days
Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Item is returned with signs of use
  • Original packaging is damaged
  • Missing accessories or tags
Important: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
